SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIME | As a small artist, everything I create and make at the moment is solely made by hand, worked by me from the packaging to the art work. Once order has been placed to an original piece, please give me about 7 to 14 days to process, finalize and pack your order. This specially applies to my miniature framed works.
I always ship through UPS to ensure arrival to you in two to three weeks! Tracking number will always be sent once orders has been shipped out.
WHY IS THE SHIPPING COSTS HIGHER THAN EXPECTED? | Once again, I ship through UPS International ONLY. I've had many packages and orders get lost using our local post, PHLPOST (which is like USPS to United States)
WHERE ARE YOU BASED? | Currently I am based in Davao City, third main island in the Philippines.
REFUNDS | I can no longer refund any original piece when they have been shipped out. This is why I take extra time in packaging an original piece, to avoid any physical damage to the item you purchased. Also please do keep in track of the tracking number sent to you.
However, if you made a mistake with your order, or would like to cancel a purchase, refund can be done within 2 days after purchase, as long as your order has NOT been shipped out yet. You may send an inquiry through my contact form.
