SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIME | Please Expect your order to be scheduled to ship out one week after your order, as UPS ceased operations in our area, I have IEMS / Phlpost which forwards shipments to JPN Post to Japan, USPS to the US or Royal Mail to the UK. This depends on what Postal Service your country mainly uses.
There are instances that shipments can take as fast as 1-2 weeks to arrive to your destination but in most cases, it takes about 2-4 weeks to arrive to you. But not to worry, I will be emailing you (atleast 2 times) tracking information as soon your orders have been scheduled to ship out!
WHY IS THE SHIPPING COSTS HIGHER THAN EXPECTED? | I am shipping from the third main island from the Philippines so all shipments goes through Metro Manila/Main Hub for sorting & Customs before leaving the country. WHERE ARE YOU BASED? | Currently I am based in Davao City, third main island in the Philippines.
REFUNDS | I can no longer refund any original piece when they have been shipped out. This is why I take extra time in packaging an original piece, to avoid any physical damage to the item you purchased. Also please do keep in track of the tracking number sent to you.
However, if you made a mistake with your order, or would like to cancel a purchase, refund can be done within 2 days after purchase, as long as your order has NOT been shipped out yet. You may send an inquiry through my contact form.
